On-site Inspections / Compliance Coordinator Visits.
Coordinate RFP preparation and secure bids for repairs.
Architectural tracking, follow-up and processing.
Coordinate structural reports where necessary.
Manage & monitor any and all non-compliant items.
Assume and administer current sub-contractor contracts in effect at the time of the new Management Contract for Services.
Conduct all property and vendor meetings.
Ensure that vendors are licensed and insured in the State of Florida.
Invoice common and recurring maintenance performed.
Coordinate completion of the required questionnaire(s).
Arrange for necessary repairs and/or supplies needed to maintain the Association and its common areas at the Association’s expense.
Coordinate insurance evaluations.
