We provide multiple ways to communicate, including phone and email, as well as the community and board of director portal.

How will you respond to emergencies?

Your dedicated CAM is available 24/7 via phone and text.

What is your fee structure?

Due to our dedication to exceptional service, Synergistic CAM will never be the least expensive option. We provide a complete solution, while many services can be purchased separately. We will never provide a blind quote – we like to preview the communities we are proposing to manage.  A quote is provided on a ‘per community’ basis.

Do you issue financial reports?

Yes. We issue complete financial reports to the board on or before the 15th of the month. Reports are delivered by email and posted to the board-only area of the association’s web page. We also provide financial insight that allows the Board to make informed decisions.

How do you tackle financial management?

We use state-of-the-art financial management software that our accountant reviews.

Are there any hidden costs?

No.

How will I know that the board will not spend large amounts of money without board approval?

You are protected by the association management agreement on an amount that we agree together that we cannot exceed without approval.

What is the term of your management contract?

Our contracts are year-long contracts with auto-renewal.

How often do you visit our property?

Our managers visit the property based on a schedule agreed upon in your agreement.

Do you have insurance that exceeds industry standards or is it best practice?

Our insurance exceeds the industry and is best practice.

What are the qualifications of your CAM Managers?

Our CAM Managers must be licensed through the State of Florida and dedicated to exceptional customer service. They must also have an eye for detail and consistent follow-up. We vet and screen our CAMs to ensure they believe in and can support our Synergistic Core Values.

Who are your vendors?

We will use Synergistic vetted and proven vendors. In addition to producing great work, our vendors are fully licensed and insured. 

Can we use our association vendors?

Yes, if an association has its own vendors, we will work with them to migrate them into our vendor system.

How quickly can you start my community association management?

After completing a contract and assessment, we can take over management in 30 to 45 days.

Do you create a newsletter on behalf of the board to the community?

According to some CAMs they create newsletter?
