When a new community joins the Synergistic family, a vital component of our onboarding process is a community meet and greet. Usually, within the first month, the Synergistic team plans a morning when the community can meet the Synergistic team and their board of directors, verify contact information, enjoy treats, and connect with new and old neighbors. It is this personal touch that differentiates Synergistic from other community association management companies, especially those located outside the Tampa Bay Area.
“As with our commitment to responsive communication, we feel that it is important to connect the homeowners with the individuals that are serving their communities,” said Liz Welch, Broker/Owner and Licensed Community Association Manager of Synergistic Community Association Management. “The homeowners rarely see many community association management companies, unless there is an issue. Our philosophy is to develop relationships beyond the board of directors,” she added.
“The Avery Oaks Meet & Greet was a fantastic opportunity to bring our community together,” said Pietro Monfreda, President of the Avery Oaks HOA. “It was more than just an introduction to our new management team at Synergistic Community Association Management—it was a chance to connect with neighbors, both new and familiar, in a relaxed and fun environment. There were delicious sourdough snacks, a Boba truck, face painting for the kids (and the young at heart), and friendly games of cornhole. Most importantly, it gave residents the chance to meet the Board face-to-face and engage in conversations that help shape the future of our community.”
An added benefit of the meet-and-greets is the creation of relationships within the community itself. The homeowners directly communicate with their board of directors and other neighbors. Many neighbors are meeting for the first time. We are creating synergies within the community itself.
