Liz Welch
Before her successful career in real estate, Liz honed her problem-solving skills while supervising operations for several companies, most recently as the manager of Operations for Nielsen Research, which brought her to Tampa. Liz also owned and operated a gift basket boutique. During that time, the Chamber of Commerce in her hometown of Omaha, NE, recognized her as “Small Business of the Year.”
Liz holds several specializations as part of her commitment to excellence, including Performance Management Network, Certified Residential Specialist, Certified Senior Residential Specialist, and Certified Distressed Property Specialist. She hold leadership positions in Women’s Council of REALTORS®, Stellar MLS and Florida REALTORS®. Her other community positions includes the Barrio Latino Commission – City of Tampa and Ybor Community Development Corporation (YCDC). Liz is also the president of BNI Tampa – Dealmakers.
